MindForge

MindForge is a NeuraXplore development line for XR-supported neurorehabilitation and recovery concepts, separate from our education product lines and intended for use with clinical oversight.

MindForge is being developed to explore how AI, biosignals, and immersive XR can support neurorehabilitation workflows. It is designed to assist clinical teams, not replace them.

Clinical context

Support preparation before movement begins

MindForge addresses a therapeutic gap following stroke and related conditions by exploring cognitive and neural preparation before physical therapy begins.

By linking task-linked cognitive load signals to adaptive XR scaffolding, MindForge aims to support teams in calibrating challenge and engagement, without replacing clinical judgment.

Phased rehabilitation pathway

From preparation to augmented therapy

MindForge sequences rehabilitation in phases so patients can engage safely while clinicians retain full program control.

Phase 1: Neural preparation. Brief XR sessions focus on motor planning and action observation, exploring activation patterns without requiring physical movement. Phase 2: Augmented rehabilitation. Physical exercises can be enriched in virtual environments. Eye-tracking and wearables may provide biometric feedback to help teams calibrate task demand during therapy.

Immersive therapy

XR that responds to patient state

MindForge explores immersive environments where clinically appropriate, adapting stimulus, pacing, and task complexity as cognitive load and stress response shift during therapy.

The goal is repeatable, measurable therapeutic engagement with clear escalation paths back to human oversight.

Human-in-the-loop

Clinical oversight without paperwork drag

MindForge is being developed for clinics, hospitals, and rehab centres with a clinical dashboard that lets rehabilitation teams compose therapy programs, monitor progress, and maintain oversight.

Professionals decide what reaches patients. MindForge is designed to supply data-driven insight, not autonomous treatment decisions.

  • Program composition and session planning in one clinical workspace.
  • Progress views that support phase-by-phase review.
  • Escalation paths when biometric signals suggest overload or disengagement.

Trust and compliance

Built for regulated healthcare environments

In line with EU AI Act expectations for high-risk AI in healthcare, oversight and professional authority remain central.

Built for regulated healthcare environments

Clinical trust by design

EU AI Act posture

MindForge is designed with transparency, human oversight, and documented clinical authority for high-impact rehabilitation AI.

Privacy-first architecture

Sensitive biometric and session data are handled with encryption and GDPR-aligned safeguards appropriate to healthcare contexts.

Non-diagnostic positioning

MindForge adapts therapeutic environments and surfaces supportive profiles. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical treatment planning.

Professional authority

Rehabilitation teams approve programs, review progress, and decide when immersive modalities are appropriate for each patient.
